Target languages

• Specify the target languages for which a translation is to be made.

• Specification of the target languages that have been translated and are now to be imported into the project.

This language was not filled in by the developer as a foreign language and must be translated externally. It may also be a language that has been filled in by the developer but needs to be corrected/checked by a translator.
