L_MC4P_GroupSetOverride

This FB serves to extend the motions of an axes group chronologically. The specified override has a combined effect on the material speed, acceleration and jerk.

For versions £ 3.21 is valid:

When grinding in the override, limitations of the axes can be exceeded! It is recommended not to change the override during high acceleration processes.

For versions > 3.21 is valid:

Note!

If the change of the override leads to a dynamics violation, the override dynamics is reduced. One consequence may be that the process is not completed even after the IrFadingTime has expired.

  • When xEnable := TRUE, the override is transmitted continuously to the axes group and ground into the running motion.
  • This is an administrative FB as no motion command is generated.
Note!

When the FB L_MC4P_AxesGroupBasicControl is used, the override for velocity, acceleration and jerk can be directly specified at the FB L_MC4P_AxesGroupBasicControl .

The use of an additional instance or multiple instances of the L_MC4P_GroupSetOverride is not recommended.

  • Initial value: 1.0 º 100 % º Executing the path with the programmed profile parameters.
  • With the factor 0.0, the axes group is brought to standstill, but there is no change to the " Standstill " axis state.

lrFadingTime

S-ramp time until the requested override is completely accepted.

  • Default value: 2.5 [sec]

Note:

The time parameterised in lrFadingTime refers to an override change by 100%.

Example:

lrFadingTime is parameterised to 5.0.

A change in lrOverride from 0.4 to 0.6 is accepted within 1.0 s.
