Special features of the parameter download
A GDC file exported from the "Engineer"/"EASY Starter" does not have to contain a complete parameter set.
The GDC file names must be specified in the ParameterSetFile parameter. The transfer process writes the parameters value by value to the drive controller (analogue to the parameter set download in the "EASY Starter").
Device series Inverter Drives 8400 and Servo Drives 9400
To ensure that you transfer a complete parameter set to the respective target system, use the L-force Loader (LFL) file exported from the "Engineer"/"EASY Starter".
The LFL file name must be specified in the ApplicationFileSet parameter. The transfer process runs through the complete download logic, such as initialising the FB parameters.
Other Lenze device series
To ensure that you transfer a complete parameter set to the respective target system, use the GDC file exported from the "Global Drive Control" (GDC).
The GDC file name must be specified in the ParameterSetFile parameter. The transfer process runs through the complete download logic, such as initialising the FB parameters or downloading four parameter sets (if available).
Syntax of the command line call
Use the following syntax to start the "EASY Starter (Application Loader)" in "Batch mode":
Lenze.ApplicationLoader.exe /batch <script file> <log file>
The "EASY Starter" setup writes the file Lenze.ApplicationLoader.exe to the installation directory, default setting: C:\Program Files\Lenze\EASYStarter_<Version>"). As there are dependencies to other programme components in the installation folder, the application must be started there.
The /batch parameter causes the "EASY Starter (Application Loader)" to execute all functions in the background under script control.
The script file parameter is the reference to the script file to be used.
Absolute and relative path specifications can be used. A relative path always refers to the current directory.
The log file parameter is optional and contains the name of the log file in which all work steps and any error messages are recorded.
If the log file is specified without a path, the log file is saved in the directory in which the script file is located.
If the log file parameter is omitted, no log file is created.
Example
C:\Programme\Lenze\EASYStarter_1_9\Lenze.ApplicationLoader.exe /batch Script.cmd Logfile.txt
