Access via the batch mode
The firmware is automatically loaded onto a target system by entering a command line in "batch mode". The target system is an inverter, communication module or a controller from Lenze.
This type of access is ideal for series commissioning or integration into a third-party system.
Warning!
After the firmware download, the inverter is re-initialised.
Make sure that the drive does not start up uncontrollably afterwards. If possible, lock the controller via the terminal.
What is "batch mode"?
A command line contains the required communication settings and details of the target devices.
-
In "batch mode", the ""EASY Starter Firmware Loader"" processes the instruction you have defined. This means that no further user input is required.
-
For diagnostic purposes, the ""EASY Starter-Firmware Loader"" writes all processing operations and error messages to a log file in "batch mode".
Note the following behaviour in "Batch mode":
-
Automatic activation of the controller lock in the target system!
-
Automatic stop of the running PLC programme in the target system!
-
The output of messages in the "Note" and "Information" categories is partially suppressed.
