Configure project

Projects in »EASY UI Designer« contain settings that affect the runtime behaviour of the project. Many settings are already offered when creating a project in the project configurator. Other settings can be edited after the project has been created.

  • To edit the project configuration settings:

  1. In the project explorer, select the Project configuration node of the project that you want to configure.

    The project explorer organises the available configuration parameters into different areas, which are displayed as sub-nodes, e.g. Global, Server components etc.

    The configuration parameters available depend on the project type.

  2. Click on an area that you want to configure.

    The corresponding parameters are displayed in the Property pages window. Here, the parameters are categorised again and offered for editing on various tabs, e.g. "Advanced", "Language" etc.

    Some configuration parameters such as project type or designer (programming language) cannot be edited as they were already defined when the project was created.

  3. Set the configuration parameters as required.
