Add further elements to the Responsive menu

The menu already contains menu items, submenus and separators by default. You can simply add further elements using copy & paste.

  • This allows you to add further elements to the menu:

  1. If you have not already done so, open the main view "AppShell.html" in the Designer workspace.

  2. In the Designer workspace, select an existing menu item, an existing submenu or an existing separator (depending on what kind of element you want to add to the menu).

  3. Select the Copy command in the context menu (right mouse button) and then the Paste command.

    The copied element is inserted at the end of the menu.

    First add all the required menu elements to the menu and only then define the order of the elements and their properties.

  4. If you want to add further elements, repeat steps 2 and 3.

  5. Customise the order of the elements (see Changing the order of the menu elements).
