Project type

EASY UI Designer requires knowledge of the project structure or project type for the internal processing of projects. The project type characterises the project structure or project architecture. The functions offered depend on this, such as selection dialogues, context menus, etc.

The various project templates that can be selected when creating a new project are based on the project type.

The following project types are available in EASY UI Designer:

Client

The project only contains the client area of a visualisation (see ).

Server

The project only contains the server area of a visualisation.

Single

The project contains the client and server areas of a visualisation (see ). Shell, system plug-in and plug-in projects are structured like single projects, i.e. they have a client and a server area (see ).
