Do not use registered nodes when registering monitored items in subscriptions

When registering the variables in the communication groups (subscriptions) of the OPC UA server, the EASY UI Designer OPC UA client uses the node IDs of the OPC UA server previously determined during registration. If this leads to the Unknown node error at project start, it could be because the OPC UA server (e.g. the Embedded OPC UA server of the S7-1500 series from Siemens) only supports the original ID (ItemID) for subscriptions and not the registered node ID. In this case, you can activate this parameter. Please note that activating the parameter can lead to a longer initialisation phase of the visualisation.

Tip:Diagnosis

The Unknown node error is logged at runtime in the VisiWin 7 Manager log file VWEManager.log. To view the log file, right-click on the VisiWin 7 Manager icon in the notification area of the Windows taskbar and select Diagnostics from the context menu.
