Read data directly from the hardware

For synchronous reading, determines whether the OPC server should read the values from the internal process variable cache or directly from the hardware.

Setting	Description of the
	After the read request, the OPC server addresses the hardware at the next possible point in time in order to read the requested process value.
	The OPC server transfers the process value from its internal process variable cache.
