Request halved group sampling rate for variables by the OPC server

The OPC UA server has its own cycle for updating data. This cycle is usually determined by the sampling time of the group. The parameter Request halved group scan rate for variables by the OPC server prompts the OPC UA server to update the internal data cache twice as fast as the group.

This parameter is used to optimise data completeness. It is based on the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem.
