OPC UA access rights

Defines whether and how an OPC UA client can access the variable via the VisiWin 7 OPC UA server.

Access right	Description of the
No access	The variable is not made available to the OPC UA client.
R	The variable may only be read by the OPC UA client.
R/W	The variable can be read and written by the OPC UA client.
