Time zone difference

Determines the time zone difference. OPC servers are fully network-compatible, i.e. they may also be connected in a different time zone for a distributed application. When a group logs on, the time zone difference is transferred from the variable server to the OPC server. When requesting process variable values from this group, the OPC server transfers additional information about the time at which the process variable value was sampled (TimeStamp). The time stamp is corrected by the value specified in the time zone difference parameter.
