TransitionMode and TransitionParameter
Blending between two MC_Move... travel commands is activated and parameterised together with the set BufferMode by the inputs TransitionMode and TransitionParameter of the second (successive) FB.
- The following options are available for the TransitionMode input. The selection is made via the MC_TRANSITION_MODE enumeration type for which the following constants (INT) have been defined:

Name |

TMNone |

Stopping at the end of motion (standard behaviour) |

TMCornerDistance |

"Blending" with specified corner distance The parameters required for this have to be transmitted to the FB via the TransitionParameter input. |

* Response: If mcBlending... is combined with TMNone , no blending curve is inserted and an exact stop always takes place. Nor is a blending curve inserted if mcBlending... is combined with TMCornerDistance and TransitionParameter[...] = 0 . If the transition of both motions is sufficiently consistent (e.g. two lines in the same direction), no exact stop is performed. TMNone must be selected for an exact stop. As of version 3.14.0, the evaluation of consistency can be influenced with the axes group parameters on subindex 37 and 38 . |
