Determines which bit(s) of a variable represent the function.

If the corresponding bit is set, all monitoring contained in the group is deactivated.

During limit value monitoring, a group of 6 bits is manipulated in the process variable defined as the output variable. Each time one of the 6 limits is exceeded, the corresponding assigned bit is set. The least significant of the 6 bits is defined via the bit number output variable parameter.
