Communication does not start when the variable server boots up

Specifies that no communication should take place via this channel when the variable server is started. If this option is activated, the communication channel is in a stopped state at runtime, but can be reactivated by resetting bit 7 of the system variable __CHANNEL_STATE_<x>.

You can use this parameter, for example, to switch communication with a controller on and off from the application and avoid error messages from the VisiWin runtime.
