Communication channel

The definition of a communication channel specifies the communication component with which data is to be exchanged.

Due to the different communication behaviour of different types of communication components, the communication channels of the corresponding channel type have different parameters. You must therefore specify the channel type when creating a new channel definition:

OPC server

OPC UA server

VisiWin(.NET) driver
