Switching identifier
Depending on the unit class type (variable/language-dependent), the switchover identifier contains a value that determines when the unit conversion is active in this unit class.

This unit class type converts process variable values depending on the language selected in an application. The desired language can be selected in the Switching identifier parameter. All languages that were added in the configuration of the language switch are available for selection here. |

A unit class of this type effects the conversion via unit objects depending on a process variable value (see Switching variable parameter). The value that the changeover variable must assume in order for the unit conversion to be active in this unit class must therefore be specified here. |
