Design
Hierarchical structure:
- Application framework
- is already included in every newly created project
- Pages
- are loaded into the AppPageNavigator (container into which any page can be loaded), which may only exist once in an app
- the AppPageNavigator contains the main navigation
- views
- also a container (pages and views are a purely logical distinction, technically no difference)
- Navigation is possible with page switching.
- Building dialogues as views
- Regions
- on a page to display different views in the region
- can be used together with a TabBar
- Layout container (FlexLayout, AbsoluteLayout, CardLayout and associated elements, Group, ViewBox)
- Control elements (buttons, input and output control elements, control elements for displaying alarms)
Note: The EASY UI Designer installation contains a Web UI sample project. To open the sample project, select in the development environment. Start the project and try out the application at runtime. Then end the execution and take a look at the implementation in the development environment.
- Container
- Containers contain further elements.
- Control elements
- Control elements are elements for operating the application. They trigger functions in the application, display process data and accept user input.
- Functionality of the controls
- Functionalities that can be parameterised in the control elements via the properties, e.g. variable connection, language switching and user administration.
- Styling
- Styles save settings for the visual design of a control element and can be quickly and easily applied to other control elements of the same type. Here you can find out how to use existing styles and create your own.
