MC_Home

This FB defines the zero point in the machine measuring system. This can be either effected by directly setting the home position or by a reference search, whereby setpoint generation of the path is optionally implemented in the drive or in the control.

The data for homing is specified via parameters

Homing

Optionally, the homing parameters can be specified via an input of the FB.

The touch probe event is configured via subindex 80 and the "ExtTP" input as a function of the touch probe source. Here, the following touch probe sources are supported:

Touch probe of the drive

External touch probe source (e.g. fast I/O)

Simple digital input

The information that the axis is referenced is provided at the FB MC_ReadAxisInfo .

The FB L_MC1P_ResetHomePosition serves to reset the "reference known" status.

The FB completes its execution when the drive is at standstill.

With selection of the modes SetPositionInAnyState (97) or SetOffsetInAnyState (98) the reference can be set to any state of the axis (see also FB

MC_SetPosition )

The state of the axis is not changed in this case.
