Special features
The Enable input activates the axis and not the FB itself. For this reason, some deviations of the usual behaviour of the output signals take place:
- The Valid status output is generally always set if no error has occurred.
- The Status status output indicates the enable status of the axis. It may be set for some cycles after resetting Enable to FALSE.
- An error reported at the Error output is reset to FALSE if Enable is reset to FALSE or automatically when the error is removed by MC_Reset .
- If Enable is reset to FALSE during a movement, the drive is inhibited immediately and it is changed to the "Disabled" axis state. The drive coasts to a stop.
