MC_ReadParameter

This FB serves to read a parameter from the axis data structure or from the drive.

Note!

In the default setting, the drive parameter is read out cyclically, i.e. after a successful read operation, the next one is started immediately. This, however, increases the bus load. The "ReadCycle" property of the FB serves to set a higher cycle time for repeating a read request.

Example of the automatic execution of a read request per second: MC_ReadParameter.ReadCycle := T#1000ms;

No parameters can be read out of the "STRING" data type.
