Show a keyboard dialog

Here you will learn how to show a numeric or alphanumeric keyboard dialog upon a click on an input control.

There are two different keyboards (alphanumeric/numeric) that can be linked to input elements such as the NumericVarIn and the TextVarIn if required. For this, the dialogs AlphabeticalKeyboardDialog.html or NumericKeyboardDialog.html must be stored in the client folder under dialogs > keyboards.

To call the corresponding dialog, select the control and attach the ShowKeyboardDialogAction to the ControlEventTrigger (see Show a dialog). Depending on the control type, the alphanumeric or numeric keyboard is displayed by clicking on the input field at runtime.
