Alarm class
The alarm class parameter is used to add a reference to an existing alarm class to an alarm. This means that all properties of this alarm class are valid for the alarm.
The specified alarm class contains, among other things, the acknowledgement philosophy and various parameters that influence the display in the alarm controls.
The alarm class specified in an alarm definition only has a function if the alarm is a bit alarm (see parameter Type). In the case of numerical or bit block alarms, each individual assignment in the type itself contains the alarm class parameter.
