Mode
Determines whether trend variable values are obtained from the trend server of the local project or from the trend server of a project on another computer in the network.

| Local trend | Specifies that the values of a local trend variable are to be recorded. This is specified in the Trend variable parameter. |
| Remote-Trend (extra licence) | Specifies that the trend data should be obtained from a trend of a project running in the network (see Remote trend). |
