L_MC1P_SetBasicParameter

This FB is used for changing basic parameters of the Axis_Ref from the application, which the L_MC1P_AxisBasicControlV2 accesses.

As an alternative to this FB, the parameters can also be changed via individual MC_WriteParameter access processes.
