TrendChartLegend

Table containing information on curves of a TrendChart control.

The TrendChartLegend control is a table that displays information on the trend curves displayed by a TrendChart, such as trend name and line color. For each trend displayed by the TrendChart, the control dynamically generates a table row from a template.

The control supports the following functionality:

To configure these functionalities, select the control in the designer or in the Document Outline and set the properties in the Properties window. The IDE shows a tool tip for each property describing the selected property. To show the tool tip, hold your mouse above the name of the property you want to know more about in the Properties window. The tool tip appears shortly after.

Connection with a TrendChart by means of the TrendChartID property

The number of column headers should usually be the same as the number of columns in the table row template. Since the IDE does not adapt the number of column headers to the table row template automatically, you have to add or remove column headers manually.

To add TableHeaderCells to the table header, click on the button next to the HeaderCells property to open the Collection Editor.
